Quiet and beautiful

Friendly atmosphere, comfortable bed, room on the small side but perfectly adequate for one night. Clean and cozy. Lots of photos and pictures of the caves in the area. The location is quiet and rural. In the restaurant opposite (trout fisherman) wonderfully fed! The breakfast buffet the next morning varied and delicious - especially the homemade jams and the fresh fruit salad! Well organized corona guidelines. We felt comfortable and safe and slept very restfully!

Comfortable beds, good facilities, delicious breakfast. Everything is fine, except for the church, which gets you out of bed at 7. Unfortunately, the parking lot is very full.

Very friendly staff and management. The breakfast is very balanced, with home-made products and a huge selection. Simply delicious! Even a refrigerator with cold drinks is available to guests around the clock. The rooms and bathrooms are very well equipped and very clean. I was completely satisfied with my booking. Price / performance is completely correct! I would visit the hotel again.

The hotel is a bit older and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the stairs creak. The staff is very nice, accommodating and always strives to meet the wishes of the guests. Although the hotel has only a few rooms, there is a very extensive breakfast buffet with home-cooked jams. The room was clean. Shower and toilet were separated.

Nice hotel in a quiet place, but very simple, outdated, no air conditioning, no fridge. I left early in the morning, I had to pay for the breakfasts without having taken them. Not very correct.

Small hotel with very narrow rooms and a small window. At least in my room there was a smell of smoke in the walls. It is not a hotel to choose for comfort but for the characteristic of the structure, for those who want something unique and something rustic to relive in a bygone era. Very nice the village with its well kept channels.

Hotel and restaurant trout fishermen have been instrumental in making my vacation in Blaubeuren-Weiler a dream vacation. One week I was a guest at the hotel trout fisherman, a beautiful half-timbered hotel. The room was clean, tidy and I slept well. The breakfast buffet was really great. Several plates with sausage and cheese, fruit, yogurt and ......! Not to forget the variety of home-made jams. Everything was delicious. Great tips for recreational activities were there. Many thanks to the nice hosts. I will gladly come again.

For anyone traveling to Germany who will be in this area, I highly recommend this hotel. The village and hotel itself are beautiful, the rooms are large, with a good view, and most of all the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly, and very professional. It's clear that they both really enjoy working here, and genuinely want to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay. Any problems are immediately dealt with but those will be few or nonexistent. The breakfasts are always fresh, plentiful and varied, the coffee is great, and the hotel has fresh homemade jam. There's parking out front. If you want to stay in an old-style German building where your room's balcony overlooks a brook in the back or a traditional village in the front, and want great service and a wonderful stay, don't pass this place up.
